Terms of Use
Plain English. If something here reads like it was written to trick you, tell us and we will fix it.
Last updated 21 September 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
WIFFO is operated by GCExperts LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of wiffo.com and the WIFFO service. The service is not open yet — today this site is informational, and the account sections below take effect when accounts exist.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. There are two kinds of account. A worker is a service professional who holds a WIFFO number. A customer is someone who follows one.
3. Your WIFFO number
Your number is issued to you and is permanent. We will never reassign it to anyone else, including after your account closes — a number that quietly starts pointing at a stranger would defeat the whole purpose of this service. You hold the number for as long as you want it. You may not sell or transfer it privately.
Shorter numbers are aliases, not replacements. Earning or buying one never retires your original, and both keep working.
4. What we will not do
These are commitments, not marketing copy, and they bind us:
- We will not sell or rent your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We will not let an employer search for workers. At any price. A venue can only ever receive a report a worker chose to send it.
- We will not rate, score or publish reviews of workers. One customer's bad night will not follow anybody from job to job.
- We will not publish a worker's shift schedule.Where someone works, never when they are standing there.
- We will not market to a worker's followers. We answer "where did they go" when someone asks. We do not push.
5. Acceptable use
Do not harass anyone, impersonate anyone, post unlawful content, scrape the service, or use it to locate a person who does not want to be found. Workers control their own pages and may block or restrict any follower without explanation.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us only the licence we need to show it to your followers and run the service. We may remove content that breaches section 5.
Reporting something. Every post has a Report link. Tell us what is wrong with it and a person reads it. Reports do not remove anything by themselves — there is no threshold at which content disappears automatically, because that would let a group silence someone they simply dislike. A human decides every time.
The person who posted it is never told who reported them, and we never show a worker how many reports they have received. WIFFO has no ratings of workers by design, and a visible report count would be a rating with worse manners.
If we remove your post, we tell you on your own page rather than letting it vanish silently, and you may appeal by emailing [email protected]. We reinstate content we removed in error.
Removed content is retained, not destroyed. Where the law requires us to preserve material and report it to the authorities — child sexual abuse material above all — we do exactly that, and we cooperate with lawful requests. Accounts used for this are terminated.
7. Paid accounts
Only workers pay. Following somebody is free: we never charge the person doing the following, and we never ask them for card details. Worker subscriptions are billed in advance and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund the period you are in. We will give notice before any price change.
8. Availability
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending it
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5. If we close yours, your number is retired and quarantined — not handed to someone else.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction.
